No, our specially shielded Neodymium magnets are safe for modern smartphones and will not affect your GPS, Bluetooth, or Apple Pay. However, we recommend keeping magnetic stripe credit cards away from direct contact with the magnet.
Does Rokform offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all cases and mounts, and a 1-year warranty for electronic accessories.
Are Rokform cases compatible with wireless charging?
Most of our newer case models are designed to be wireless charging compatible when the center magnet is removed. Please check the specific product page for your model to confirm compatibility.
